Job Summary
Store Manager at Confie and its family of companies leads the sales team to meet production targets, expands business by building relationships with existing customers, coaches team members to deliver customer care, oversees store operations and performance, and handles escalated customer service issues while driving Store Operational Excellence (SOE). The role emphasizes mentoring and coaching, relationship-building with customers, and adherence to fiduciary duties and ethical standards, with inbound sales leads and walk-in traffic forming the core sales pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
