Job Summary
Store Manager role leading the sales team for an insurance broker environment. Responsibilities include leading daily performance and targets, expanding business by strengthening relationships with existing customers, coaching team members to deliver high-quality customer care, overseeing operations to meet targets, handling escalated service inquiries, and executing Store Operational Excellence (SOE). Ideal candidates will have leadership/mentoring experience, preferred Personal Lines or Property & Casualty licensing, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a college degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, fiduciary integrity, and a drive for advancement are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
