Job Summary
Insurance Operations Manager role overseeing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies to drive policy sales and meet targets, recruiting, hiring and onboarding new sales representatives, training and coaching staff, tracking performance against KPIs and quotas, collaborating with marketing for campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships while staying up-to-date with insurance products and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Insurance sales or a related field
