Insurance Sales Leader - Commercial Property & Casualty

Job Summary
Execute the annual sales plan to drive targeted growth and profitability in commercial property and casualty lines. Collaborate with national leadership to create executable business plans, share market trends, and recommend growth industries and solutions. Develop strategies for internal bank partnerships and deepen relationships with customers and producers. Drive and monitor the sales process, manage pipeline and reporting, and perform sales forecasting and performance tracking. Recruit high-caliber sales professionals, assist with succession planning, and lead coaching and mentorship of direct reports. Resolve conflicts between producers and prepare data for monthly forecast calls and business reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Property & Casualty Commercial Lines
- Property & Casualty Insurance license (must obtain within 90 days of role)
- Other insurance licenses as needed

- Ability to utilize Word, Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and analysis of information
- Familiarity of Agency Management Systems to easily access and analyze data
- Preference for Tableau, Sagitta and Vertafore
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
