Job Summary
Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions for Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty products. Educate customers on insurance offerings, develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing policy reviews, and utilize CRM tools to manage leads and communication. Work toward individual and agency sales goals while staying current on products, licensing requirements, and industry updates. Collaborate with your team to support agency growth and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
