Job Summary
Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded insurance, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines. Build and maintain strong rapport with members while responding to inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility for irregular hours and some local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
- Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products
- Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)
- Willingness and ability to work irregular hours for community events
- Some travel to local events may be required
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Consent to a background and drug screen
