Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto, homeowners, and health insurance. Proactively connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance to help them choose the best insurance solutions. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system. Quickly establish rapport with clients and offer additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
