Job Summary
Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded insurance, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch. Conduct comprehensive reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies. Build strong rapport with clients, respond to inquiries with urgency, and drive business through community engagement and referrals. Actively prospect, manage pipelines, and close sales while meeting individual targets. Work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm with possible rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
- Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products
- Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)
- Must be able to work varied hours, including possible weekends
- Some travel to local events may be required
- Must consent to a background and drug screen
