Job Summary
As an Insurance Agent you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers; solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed production goals; expand business by building relationships with existing customers; accurately account for currency transactions and deposits in the agency management system; educate and advise customers on which products best fit their needs. The role emphasizes inbound sales with no cold calling, comprehensive training and licensing with ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and sales or customer service experience; licensing is preferred.
