Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve sales production goals for nonstandard auto insurance. Build relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon targets and educate clients on suitable products. Handle accurate accounting of currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system. No cold calling required, utilizing high-volume inbound leads and walk-in traffic. Confie is ranked the #1 Personal Lines Leader by the Insurance Journal and operates over 800 retail locations nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
