Job Summary
Insurance Sales Agent in Brentwood handles the sale and service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch. Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs, generate new sales, retain insureds, and grow the insurance book of business. Drives performance to meet targets defined in the incentive plan, conducts insurance reviews, quotes, binds and issues policies, and participates in local branch events to solicit new business and expand networks. Requires active insurance licenses, strong sales skills, prospecting abilities, consultative selling techniques, excellent communication, and ability to work in a branch environment with occasional travel as needed. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of customer-facing experience; licensing and appointments must be obtained/maintained as required by the state. This role offers a base pay with uncapped commissions, multiple bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within AAA The Auto Club Group.
Required Qualifications
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
- Active State Life Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- Health and Accident licenses where applicable
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong sales skills with product knowledge
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
