Job Summary
Insurance Sales Agent for AAA – The Auto Club Group in Clermont, FL. Full-time role with base pay plus performance-based incentives, ramp-up bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Own the sale and ongoing service of AAA-branded and brokered insurance products, cultivate new business through local outreach, referrals, and community networking, and expand the insurance portfolio while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting insurance reviews, quoting and issuing policies, overcoming objections, maintaining client relationships, and cross-selling Travel and Financial Services. Requires licenses in Property & Casualty and Life/Health (or obtaining within 90 days), strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, and ability to work in a branch environment with possible local travel. Training and support provided to help license attainment and sales success.
Required Qualifications
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
- Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Work experience: 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment
