Job Summary
Assist customers with insurance needs including new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and reinstatements while answering inquiries. Inspect vehicles for condition, age, and risk characteristics to determine insurability. Seek new clients by generating prospect lists, networking, and developing strategies with your office manager to attract customers. Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, contact underwriting to complete policies, and manage daily housekeeping routines. This IN-OFFICE role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Strong written skills
- Strong verbal skills
- Strong people skills
- Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision
- Able to quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software
Desired Qualifications
- Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas
