Job Summary
In-office Insurance Sales Agent responsible for assisting customers with new policies, edits, renewals, and payments; identifying client needs and developing a client base through networking and marketing; collaborating with office manager on marketing strategies; handling policy renewals and underwriting coordination, plus administrative duties. Strong sales mindset, customer focus, and interpersonal skills are essential. Bilingual Spanish/English capability is valued; licensing in Texas is highly supported with training and licensing assistance provided. This role emphasizes licensing support, customer service, policy management, and proactive outreach to grow a client base while offering uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
- Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing
- Basic computer knowledge and strong written/verbal/people skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Complete continuing education courses as required to maintain active license status with TDI
Desired Qualifications
