In-office Insurance Sales Agent role at A-MAX Insurance requiring bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities. Responsibilities include assisting customers with insurance needs (new policies, editing existing policies, processing payments, renewals, reinstatements), inspecting vehicle risk, prospecting for new clients, developing marketing strategies with the office manager, performing administrative tasks, and coordinating with underwriting. Training provided with licensing assistance; must be ready to obtain/maintain a Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas. Strong customer service, sales mindset, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential. This is an in-office position based in San Antonio, TX (including the CULEBRA area).
