Job Summary
In-office Insurance Sales Agent role focused on assisting customers with new policies, policy edits, payments, renewals, and inquiries; responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for insurance risk, networking to generate clients, developing marketing strategies with the office manager, handling policy renewals and underwriting communications, and performing general administrative duties. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong written, verbal, and people skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Complete continuing education courses to maintain active license status with TDI
