Job Summary
IN-OFFICE Insurance Sales Agent role with bilingual (Spanish/English) skills. The position includes training and licensing support, uncapped commission, and a focus on assisting customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and reinstatements, plus underwriting coordination, prospecting and marketing to grow clientele. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks, daily housekeeping, and developing office marketing strategies with the office manager to attract new customers. Requires High School Diploma or GED; license in Texas is highly preferred; bilingual ability is advantageous. Paid training and licensing assistance are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possession of or ability to obtain Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred)
- Reliable transportation for daily marketing
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
