Job Summary
Insurance Sales Agent role, in-office position at ALPA Insurance. Responsibilities include assisting customers with various insurance needs (new policies, edits, renewals, payments), inspecting vehicles to assess risk, prospecting and networking to develop clientele, handling administrative tasks, renewals, and underwriting coordination, and supporting marketing efforts. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
- Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing
- Basic Computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills
- Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software
- Complete continuing education courses (Paid for by ALPA) as required to maintain active license status with TDI
