Insurance Sales Agent - Bilingual (57642)

Insurance Sales Agent role in-office in San Antonio, TX. The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with licensing assistance provided. Training is provided from day one to help you succeed in insurance sales. Responsibilities include assisting customers with various insurance needs (new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies), inspecting vehicles to assess risk, generating and developing a client base through networking and marketing, performing administrative tasks and handling policy renewals, and coordinating with underwriting. Must be able to work in an in-office setting and have reliable transportation. High School Diploma or GED required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required; holding a valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas is highly preferred but not required. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong sales mentality, organization, interpersonal and customer-focus skills, and the ability to learn proprietary software.
