Job Summary
Insurance Sales Agent in-office role based in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include assisting customers with new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewals, and reinstatements; inspecting vehicles to assess insurance risk; seeking out new clients and developing clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager; performing administrative tasks and handling policy renewals with underwriting coordination; continuing education to maintain active Texas license. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED; bilingual ability preferred; license in Texas (preferred but not required); reliable transportation; strong customer service and sales skills. Compensation includes hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with benefits and licensing/licensing assistance provided. This is an in-office position located in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications

- Hold a valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
