Job Summary
In-office Insurance Sales Agent role at A-MAX Insurance in Conroe, TX. Responsibilities include assisting customers with insurance needs (new policies, edits, renewals, payments, reinstatements), inspecting vehicles to assess risk, prospecting and networking to attract clients, collaborating with the office manager to develop marketing strategies, handling policy renewals and liaising with underwriting, and performing administrative tasks. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
- Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing
- Basic computer knowledge and strong written/verbal/people skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company/software
- Complete continuing education courses to maintain active license status with TDI
