Job Summary
In-office Insurance Sales Agent role requiring bilingual (Spanish/English) ability to assist customers with new and existing policies, processing payments, renewals, and inquiries; inspect vehicles to assess risk; solicit new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager; perform administrative tasks and support policy renewals with underwriting; contribute to daily housekeeping and office routines; must have a High School Diploma or GED and pursue or hold a relevant license with licensing assistance provided; strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and use company software; training and licensing assistance offered.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills
- Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision
- Complete continuing education courses (Paid for by A-MAX) as required to maintain active license status with TDI
