Job Summary
Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded insurance, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines. Build strong rapport with clients, respond to inquiries with urgency, and support high satisfaction while actively engaging in local community events to expand referral networks. Manage sales execution, track leads, and meet individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations. Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, with possible rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
- Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products
- Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)
- Must be able to work varied hours, including possible weekends
- Must be able to travel to local events
- Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled AAA branch location
- Must be able to perform duties contained in the job description for this position, including, but not limited to, the above requirements

- Must be able to provide regular and reliable attendance
