Job Summary
Increase sales on both retail and online platforms while setting production goals for yourself and producers to coach them toward reaching targets. Manage office operations and leverage strong knowledge of SEO and online marketing to draw business to the Agency. Work with SEO and online advertising partners to develop strategic plans for increasing production. This role requires a leader, competitive, entrepreneurial, and driven individual with a proven track record of exemplary Personal Lines P&C sales. On-site position with a competitive compensation plan based on results including salary and bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of exemplary Personal Lines P&C Sales
- Work with SEO and online advertising partners to develop strategic plan on increasing production
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-orientated
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
