Insurance Sales Advisor at a growing Allstate agency focusing on identifying insurance needs, quoting and selling auto, home, renters, and other products; conducting policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and recommend solutions; following up with leads and referrals; building lasting relationships for repeat business and referrals; educating customers on coverage options and helping them make informed decisions; delivering outstanding service while growing agency revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Customer-facing experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or similar industries is highly valued
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
