Job Summary
Insurance Retention Agent focused on retaining and servicing existing personal lines accounts through multiple channels (phone, in-person, digital). Responsibilities include analyzing member information, preparing quotes, processing endorsements, handling renewals and cancellations, cross-selling to Members, and coordinating with carriers to maintain coverage and ensure timely communications. Requires knowledge of personal lines products (auto, homeowners, and related coverages), and licensure in Personal Lines or P&C; expresses capabilities in policy changes, underwriting familiarity, and providing consultative advice to Members. Works with carriers, prepares and processes applications, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance. Combines service expertise with a member-centric approach to protect members’ needs and optimize coverage and cost.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- 3-5 years of prior relevant experience
- Personal Lines Insurance License or Property & Casualty Insurance License
