Insurance Restoration Estimator / Construction Estimator

Perform on-site inspections for residential and commercial reconstruction projects to identify additional opportunities. Develop accurate scopes of work using Xactimate and prepare detailed estimates, proposals, supplements, budgets, and supporting documentation. Review engineering reports and insurance documentation, then present project scopes to homeowners, adjusters, and property managers. Negotiate and secure reconstruction projects while collaborating with Project Managers to ensure successful handoffs. Maintain accurate project documentation and timely communication throughout the pre-construction process. With a minimum of five years in construction or insurance restoration, this role requires Xactimate proficiency and knowledge of building codes. Located in the Chicagoland Area, ACR, Inc. helps customers rebuild after water, fire, and storm damage.
