Job Summary
Coordinate estimates to ensure they follow third-party administrator guidelines and assist estimators with administrative and accounting tasks. Manage PSA Job Management software and maintain notes/files; handle invoicing, progress/final payments, and communications with estimators, adjusters, clients, and other departments. Serve as a liaison with multiple insurers (Sedgwick, Brightserv, Alacrity, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA) and handle REO repairs and ADA/barrier-free modifications as part of the revenue stream. Provide timely responses, uphold a positive company image, contribute to customer satisfaction, and support leadership by motivating others and suggesting improvements. Maintain safe, compliant operations and follow company policies; utilize MS Office to support administrative duties and project coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Two year college degree or job experience equivalent
- Insurance claims and or TPA(Third Party Administrator) experience a must
- MS Office products experience
