Insurance Representative

Quote and bind new policies, handle cancellations, and resolve coverage issues for RCU Members and insureds via phone, email, and virtual methods. Manage daily leads, process claims with carriers, and coordinate billing while maintaining client files in the AMS and Epic system. Assist agents with technical support, prepare proposals, and renew accounts in conjunction with agency standards. Visit branches to promote the insurance agency and implement new CUSO products. This role requires an active Property & Casualty Insurance License and strong customer service skills. Base salary ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
