Job Summary
Insurance Representative, Level 2 at Coastal Community Credit Union (temporary, approx. nine months) providing support for personal lines, automobile, and some commercial insurance; processes insurance-related transactions, responds to loss/damage reports to facilitate claims; requires licensing concurrent with position and advanced ICBC experience; opportunity to manage renewals and contribute to community-focused financial services in Victoria, BC; on-site role with a broad compensation range.
Required Qualifications
- Applicable licensing concurrent with position
- Advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance
- Working knowledge of commercial insurance
- The ability to take over a book of renewals
- Advanced ICBC experience
- Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to pursue continuous learning opportunities
