Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients while conducting needs-based insurance assessments to recommend suitable coverage options. Actively prospect and generate new business leads, presenting and explaining insurance products to potential customers to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
