Job Summary
Lead complex business transformation programs driving meaningful change across the insurance industry. Establish robust program governance, reporting frameworks, and executive stakeholder engagement while managing project plans, risks, and dependencies. Develop compelling strategic narratives and presentations to align senior stakeholders and deliver sustainable organizational change. Partner with client leadership and cross-functional teams to execute large-scale initiatives within the Insurance practice. This role requires 5-6 years of client-facing experience in consulting or financial services, including demonstrated expertise in transformation and change management. Capco offers a competitive salary range of $109,000–$136,000 USD for this permanent, hybrid position in Chicago.
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of client-facing experience
- Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex transformation initiatives within Insurance or another Financial Services domain including Capital Markets, Banking & Payments, or Wealth & Asset Management
- Proven experience leading organisational change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across large, complex organisations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications
