Job Summary
USAA Insurance Professional role focusing on sales and service for Property & Casualty personal lines. In-office development program includes six-month training with provided materials, licensing cost coverage, and instructor-led guidance. After six months, opportunity to work offsite 2 days a week with evenings and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include maximizing sales potential, handling inquiries, cross-selling, providing accurate quotes and policy changes, and delivering exceptional service across multiple channels while maintaining licenses and state registrations. Requires High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills by phone and email, ability to multitask in a contact-center environment, and commitment to obtaining Property & Casualty licenses within 90 days. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
- 6 months experience communicating with customers by phone, email, and/or face to face
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license and state registrations within 90 days of hire
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task across multiple business applications
- Ability to apply knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
