Job Summary
Assist customers with insurance needs including new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and reinstatements while inspecting vehicles for risk acceptance. Seek new clients by generating prospect lists, networking, and developing strategies with the office manager to attract customers. Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, contact underwriting to complete policies, and manage daily housekeeping routines. This IN-OFFICE position requires a valid Arizona Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, weekend availability, and reliable transportation. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in Arizona
- Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing
- Must have Weekend availability
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Strong written skills
- Strong verbal skills
- Strong people skills
- Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision
- Able to quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software
