Job Summary
Assist customers with insurance needs including new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, and renewals. Inspect vehicles to assess risk and seek new clients by generating prospect lists and developing marketing strategies. Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, contact underwriting, and manage daily housekeeping routines. This in-office role requires a valid Arizona license, reliable transportation, and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in Arizona
- Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing
- Must have Weekend availability
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Strong written skills
- Strong verbal skills
- Strong people skills
- Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision
- Able to quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software
