Job Summary
Join HomeServices Insurance as an Insurance Producer, where you'll market and sell personal lines insurance policies while assessing client risk and delivering customized solutions. Build relationships with real estate personnel to maximize sales opportunities and guide new business specialists on client onboarding. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements. Candidates should have an associate’s degree or equivalent experience, two years of successful sales experience, and strong skills in sales, risk assessment, and insurance operations.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ successful personal lines insurance sales experience
- Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license
- Excellent sales and marketing skills
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes
- Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent automation, time management, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses
