Job Summary
In this dynamic role of Insurance Producer at HomeServices Insurance, you will market and sell personal lines insurance policies, driving proactive sales through effective relationship-building with real estate personnel. Key responsibilities include assessing client risk exposures, providing direction to new business specialists, and maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and underwriting requirements. A strong foundation in sales, risk management, and a solid grasp of insurance operations is essential, along with the necessary state licensing.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ successful personal lines insurance sales experience.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent automation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses preferred.
