Job Summary
As an Insurance Producer at HomeServices Insurance (HSI), you will market and sell personal lines insurance policies, proactively contact leads for coverage recommendations, and assess client risk exposures. This role requires establishing referral relationships with real estate personnel, providing direction to new business specialists, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and company procedures. Success in this position is supported by strong sales and marketing skills, knowledge of insurance operations, and the ability to analyze and manage risk effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ successful personal lines insurance sales experience.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent automation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses preferred.
