Job Summary
As an Insurance Producer at HomeServices Insurance, you will market and sell personal lines insurance policies, proactively contact leads, and assess client risk exposures. Key responsibilities include fostering referral relationships with real estate professionals, directing new business specialists, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. A successful candidate will possess strong sales and marketing skills, a solid understanding of insurance operations and laws, and a relevant insurance license. A minimum of two years' experience in personal lines insurance sales is required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years’ successful personal lines insurance sales experience.
- Appropriate state agent/broker personal lines insurance license.
- Excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent automation, time management, and organizational skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses preferred.
