Engage in community and networking events to expand professional connections while cultivating strong market relationships and building a solid client base. Stay current with industry trends and apply new knowledge to help clients, leveraging established books of business while learning the business under mentorship from an experienced agent. Obtain or hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty. Work in-person, in the field, and/or from an office setting with a performance-based compensation structure including monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and an uncapped earnings plan for the first 36 months.
