Job Summary
Insurance Producer at Horace Mann—present tailored financial solutions to educators, cultivate client relationships through one-on-one or group presentations, participate in community and networking events, stay current with industry trends, and mentor under an experienced agent while building a personal book of business. Compensation is performance-based with uncapped commissions, incentives, bonuses, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for all-expenses-paid trips; work in-person, in the field, or from an office setting with flexible work options and ongoing training in a multi-line product portfolio designed for educators.
Required Qualifications
- State licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty (or ability to obtain)
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage your own business
- Experience in educating clients or sales experience in financial services (preferred)
- Ability to work in-person/field/office setting
