Job Summary
Handle incoming customer inquiries and explain insurance coverage for members. Implement policy changes for home and auto insurance while managing multiple computer programs and Microsoft Office applications. Maintain strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to assist with property and casualty needs. Requires a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Based in Portland Administrative Headquarters with Mon-Fri business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Strong customer service skills and desire to help
- Strong technical skills including use of multiple computer programs, Microsoft Office products and Internet applications
