Job Summary
Insurance Planning Specialist to help Servus members and employees find the right individual life, disability, and critical illness insurance solutions as part of a holistic financial plan. Responsibilities include helping members uncover and understand insurance needs, proactively reaching out to existing policyholders for reviews and retention, referring members to Financial Advisors and Wealth partners, supporting Retail and Wealth teams with a member-centric focus, and maintaining up-to-date financial planning and insurance knowledge through training and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in Insurance
- Life / Accident and Sickness Insurance License in the Province of Alberta
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or working towards designation
- Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and/or equivalent work experience is an asset
