Insurance Order Specialist

Process and manage Homeowner Insurance orders accurately within defined timelines by coordinating with insurance carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders to obtain required information. Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing, then maintain records and update internal systems with order status. Communicate effectively via phone and email with US-based clients and insurance partners while meeting productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets. Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines. This role requires willingness to work permanent night shifts during US business hours and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Zillow India office.
