Deliver professional support via telephone, email, and other channels while managing customer enquiries, correspondence, and complaints. Manage insurance claims from initial notification through investigation, assessment, and settlement by gathering evidence, setting reserves, and liaising with external adjusters. Identify process improvements to support automation initiatives and mentor team members. Prioritize workloads effectively to ensure seamless business continuity while ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal requirements. Required Qualifications
- Previous call centre experience
- Proven ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
