Insurance Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Manage policy lifecycle transactions, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Ensure data accuracy and document quality across underwriting and policy administration systems. Generate and distribute policy documents, certificates of insurance, and related materials while serving as a trusted resource for agents, brokers, and underwriters. Partner with business teams to improve processes, drive efficiency, and reduce operational friction. Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing efforts. Perform other duties as assigned. This role is based in the Shaker Heights, OH office with four days on-site and one day remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- High School Diploma
- Generally, a minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance operations or customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred
- Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional designation preferred, such as Property/Casualty Insurance license
