Insurance Operations Associate - Equine Division

Job Summary

Monitor and manage a shared inbox, reviewing and triaging incoming correspondence from agents, customers, and internal business partners. Process new business and renewal submissions through automated workflows and manual processing methods, preparing and uploading policy documentation into designated systems. Review submission information to verify completeness and accuracy, researching supporting documentation to validate horse values and underwriting details. Identify and resolve data discrepancies while communicating professionally with stakeholders regarding submission status and policy servicing requests. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires on-site presence four days a week with remote flexibility, located in Ocala, Florida.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to review, interpret, and process information from multiple sources
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment driven by automation, AI-enabled workflows, and changing business needs
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for the equine industry and a willingness to embrace new responsibilities as the role grows and evolves
  • On-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day as business needs allow
  • Location in Ocala, Florida

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • Previous office, administrative, insurance, or operations experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of the equine industry, including horse breeds, disciplines, and valuation considerations
