Job Summary
Operations Administrator role supporting daily operations and reporting to the President of the Insurance Company. Responsibilities include staff management, recruiting, onboarding, and implementation of procedures to improve staff efficiency and overall operations. Requires experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with Applied EPIC; discussion of related sectors (real estate, mortgage, title, banking) is noted. Attention to detail and computer proficiency are required. Role is on-site in Fort Smith, AR with travel within Arkansas. Must pass criminal background and consumer credit checks and a drug screen. Interviews begin June 8, 2026. First Western is a local community bank offering banking, mortgage, insurance, and investment services with benefits included.
