Job Summary
Insurance Offer & Operations Coordinator at Free2move, reporting directly to the Head of Insurance, supports daily management of insurance products and coordinates their distribution across markets. Acts as the operational link between the global insurance strategy and local execution, balancing growth of insurance options (excess reduction, protection plans) with smooth operational management (fleet insurance tracking, billing, and claims monitoring). Responsibilities include claims monitoring, portfolio administration of motor insurance lines and rental coverages, ensuring compliance, rolling out and maintaining insurance products across markets, coordinating distribution through the dealer network, and tracking KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, or Insurance
- 2-3 years of experience in the insurance, car rental, or mobility sector
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
