Job Summary
Interface with members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership, billing, and services including passport photos and trip planning. Provide exceptional service while performing cashiering duties and developing leads for office sales agents. Support agents with routine and advanced duties to meet cross-selling goals. Complete required training on AAA products and services. Work Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm, with availability for overtime and local travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to work overtime including Saturdays
- Ability to travel locally when necessary
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
- Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines
- A high school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License
